At Myrqvist, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn products in their original packaging to ensure your complete satisfaction. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can find the perfect fit and style for your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and dust bags, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
